Reporting Copyright Infringement

Our Response to Claims

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the content about the removal.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district and accepting service of process from the claimant.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
